充血性心力衰竭患者血浆内皮素与心钠素关系的探讨

Relationship of plasmatic endothelin and atrial natriuretic peptide levels in patients with congestive heart failure

分析了20例正常人和46例充血性心力衰竭患者血浆内皮素（ET）和心钠素（ANP）浓度，结果表明充血性心力衰竭患者的ET和ANP浓度显著高于正常人（P＜001）。ET、ANP的浓度与病程的严重程度有明显的一致性（各组间P＜0.01）。ET与ANP浓度变化呈高度负相关（γ=0.987，P＜0．01）。提示ET可作为衡量充血性心力衰竭程度的一个指标；ANP可能为ET的拮抗剂，对充血性心力衰竭的治疗和改善血流动力学异常或许具有重要意义。

The plasmatic endothelin(ET) and atrial natriuretic peptide(ANP) levels were analysed in 20 healthy individuals and 46 patients with congestive heart failure. The results showed that ET in congestive heart failure patients were significantly higher than in healthy adult (P＜0.01). The correlation between ET, ANP levels and the degree of congestive heart failure was unification (intergroup P＜0. 01). The change of ET in plasma had highly negative correlation with ANP (γ=0.987, P＜0.01). It was suggested that ET level could indicate the degree of congestive heart failure, ANP was an antagonist to ET probably, and had great significance for treating congestive heart failure and improving abnormal hemodynamics.
