摘要
区域技术创新能力体现了区域将知识转化为经济的能力,是区域竞争力的重要内容。选取高科技产业R&D经费、科技经费筹集总额、国外技术引进合同金额等21个指标,采取因子分析法,以各公共因子的信息贡献率作为权重系数来计算我国30个省级区域技术创新能力的综合得分,这种方法解决了长期以来在综合评价区域技术创新能力过程中遇到的权重取值主观性问题。实证结果表明:现阶段我国区域技术创新能力具有由东向西梯度递减、各区域间差距大、区域技术创新能力整体偏低等特征。
With 21 evaluation indices picked up including high-tech R&D cost, total funds raised for technology development, total amounts of contracts with technologies introduced from foreign countries, etc., a factorial analysis was made to calculate the overall scores for the innovative capacities in 30 provinces, cities and autonomous regions by way of taking the measures of contribution of information provided by all common factors as weigh coefficients. Such an empirical results revealed that the technological innovative capacity in different regions tends to gradient descending from East China to West China with big difference and, as a whole, the capacity is low at present.
