摘要 基于计算机网络的跨文化交际(CMICC)为外语教学开辟了新的空间,不仅有利于语言技能的训练,而且能够促进学习者跨文化交际能力的提高。本文在分析CMICC的概念、特点和分类的基础上,阐述了它的外语教学潜力,对相关研究现状进行了综述,并总结归纳出CMICC应用于外语教学所面临的八大课题。 Computer-mediated intercultural communication (CMICC) has created many opportunities for foreign language teaching. It is conducive to the development of both the learners' ability to use the target language for real purposes and their intercultural communication competence. Starting with an analysis of CMICC' s concept, features and classifica- tion, this paper examines how CMICC is related to foreign language learning and what has been achieved in terms of research on the application of CMICC to foreign language teaching. The last section puts forward eight CMICC-related research questions to be answered to develop CMICC into a mature research area.
