Cardiac Injury of Systemic Lupus Erythematosus

对例系统性红斑狼疮（SCE）心脏表现：心包积液17例，心肌炎10例，心瓣膜病4例，心律失常14例。提示SLE心脏受累的部位可以是心包、心肌、心瓣膜及传导组织等。超声心动图、心电图、心肌酶检查有助于早期诊断。

Twenty-- three cases of cardiac manifestations of Systemic lupus erythematoous (SLE) are analysed. Theresults showal 17 cases wiill pericedal ellhaion, 10 cases with myocarditis, 4 cases with caltliar valces dease, 14 caseswith arrhytmias. It was indicated that the coitions the hear Of Sa involved in were pehcadium, myocedtnn, caacvalves and hear conduchon tissues, etc. It was suggested tital ecbeedogeaphy, elbe^Oglaln and caac muscleenzyme were lie1Pful for any diagnosis
