摘要
IT投资不确定性高,风险大,系统升级收益与原系统收益混杂在一起,传统方法难以形成合理评价。为了进行有效的投资分析,在深入了解IT系统投资收益和成本变化方式,以及系统升级原因和价值的基础上,提出了不确定环境下IT系统升级投资的决策方法和模型,并通过实例对其应用进行分析。
As IT investment is flustering with great risk and the revenue of system update investment is mixed with the value of the original system, the traditional method is not suitable for making decision for IT project. So the feathers of IT investment and the reasons of IT system update are carefully studied in order to evaluate rationally the value of update investment. And then a method for investment decision of IT system update under the environment of uncertainty is proposed. The occasion of update and the value of investment are defined by the model.
