摘要
研究了不溶性交联淀粉黄原酸酯(ISX)的合成及处理含锌废水,探讨了ISX的用量、反应溶液的pH、反应时间等因素对锌离子去除率的影响。试验结果表明,在ISX加入量为理论用量1.5倍、pH值控制在6左右、室温下搅拌反应30 min的最佳条件下,锌离子去除率可达98%以上,处理后的废水中锌离子质量浓度为0.2 mg/L,达到国家排放标准(0.5 mg/L)。
Synthesis of insoluble starch xanthate(ISX) and treatment of waste water containing zinc ions by the insoluble starch xanthate(ISX) have been studied. The effects of ISX dosage, pH value of the waste water and reaction time on the efficiency of zinc ion-removal have been investigated. The optimum conditions have been determined that ISX dosage is 1.5 times of its theoretical dosage, pH value of waste water is 6 and agitating time is 30 rain at room temperature. Under the optimum conditions, the removal efficiency of Zn^2+ is more than 98%, and the concentration of Zn^2+ in treated waste water is below 0.2 mg/L. It meets national emission standards(0.5 mg/L).
