B Language—a Visualized Workflow Language of Bioinformatics

可视化流程语言以流程控制为中心、以图形为描述方式,对数据进行处理,因而拥有广阔的应用空间。文章结合生物信息学实际需求,设计开发了一套可视化流程语言—B语言。具有模块化、并行化、可视化的特性,为实现生物信息领域应用程序的快速开发和大规模并行任务处理提供了有效的解决手段。

In this paper, we design a visualized work-flow languag-B language, which demonstrates on solving bioinformatics problem by describing the data process with graphic way. Furthermore, it has the modular, parallel, the visual characteristics, which fit for providing the solution of rapid development and large-scale parallel processing tasks in bioinformatics research domains.
