摘要
随着互联网的蓬勃发展,网上预定业务也在不断地崛起与发展。文章在基于网上预定平台的基础上融入了CRM系统的设计,同时提出了基于网上预定平台的CRM系统解决方案,并描述了CRM系统的总体架构和实现的关键技术。
With the vigorous development of the internet, online booking business is continually rising and developing. In this paper, which based on the online booking platform involved the CRM system design. At the same time, a platform is proposed based on the book online CRM system solutions and the key technologies is described.
