Economic Benefit Evaluation of Land in Development Zones Based on Fuzzy Integrals

研究目的:促进开发区土地的合理利用,为中国开发区土地经济效益评价提供理论依据。研究方法:模糊测度和模糊积分方法。研究结果:开发区土地经济效益评价指标之间不具有独立性,因此必须考虑评价指标体系中各指标间相关关系,现有的评价方法不能反映这些相关关系。研究结论:采用模糊测度来度量指标和指标集合的重要度,在此基础上应用Choquet积分方法评价开发区土地经济效益,既能够考虑各种评价指标的影响,又能反映指标间的相关关系,对开发区土地经济效益进行合理的综合评价。

The purpose of this paper is to provide a theoretical basis development zones in China. Methods of fuzzy measurement and integrals for economic benefit evaluation on land of were employed. The result shows that indexes of the economic benefit evaluation on land in development zones are mutually dependent, and the correlations between them must be considered. The currently available methods for comprehensive evaluation can not be used to analyze the correlation of evaluation indexes. The fuzzy measures can be applied to determine the importance of indexes set or single index, while the Choquet integral is further used to evaluate the land economic benefit in development zones. In this way, all the indexes as well as their correlations are analyzed. The method can offer rational evaluation of land economic benefit in development zones.
