摘要
通过对P91钢安装焊缝裂纹及缺陷分析试验研究,确认裂纹为A-M条状混合相。较大区域残余奥氏体及粗大晶粒马氏体转变不完全是降低焊缝冲击韧性的主要原因。通过热处理工艺试验,大大提高了原焊缝的冲击性能。研究还对其他安装焊口的检验、注意事项、评定及热处理工艺措施要点提出了建议。
The crack is judged as A-M line shape mixed phase through a test research on P91 installation welding line crack and its defect analysis. The reduction of impact toughness is mainly due to the retained austenite in a large area and incompletely transformed large crystal martensite. The impact property of original welding line is greatly enhanced, by thermal processing technique. Suggestions are proposed for detection, matters needed attention, assessment and thermal processing technique.
