摘要
基于单炉-单塔的焦油蒸馏工艺设备结构,对典型工艺装置诸如蒸发器的原料输入-输出平衡控制和管式炉联锁保护控制方案进行了详细的讨论,并在现有工艺条件下应用推断控制理论对三混油馏分的最大产出问题进行了研究,进一步介绍了控制器的组织结构和实时数据库功能,讨论了介于厂家和用户间的第三方软件的嵌入方法,并实现了服务器端的监控软件.数据和曲线表明,在正常的工艺条件下,三混油的实际产量与预估值非常接近,并且是平稳的.
Based on the coal tar distillation equipment of single-furnace and single-tower structure, the control schemes of the typical technical devices such as evaporator' s raw material input-output balance control and tube furnace' s interlock protection and so on were discussed. How to obtain maximal production of three-mixed-fractional oil in application of the deductive control theory under current condition were studied. The organization structure of controller and the function of real-time database were further introduced. How to embed third-party software between manufacture and customer were discussed. And then the monitoring software on the PC server side was realized. The results in the form of data and curves indicate that the actual production and discreet value are very closed and stable under the normal technical conditions.
