摘要
采用盆栽断水法研究干旱胁迫对平托花生(Arachis duranensis)生长及溶质累积的影响。结果表明:随着干旱胁迫时间的延长,土壤含水量逐渐下降,平托花生绿叶重减少,根冠比与茎叶比均呈先增加后减少的趋势,叶片先后出现萎蔫、变形、卷曲,开花数显著减少;其游离脯氨酸和可溶性糖均有不同程度的上升,而且随着干旱胁迫时间的延长有明显的累积趋势。
In this paper, the effects of different drought stress on growth and soluble protoplast of Arachis pintoi ev. Amarillo were studied by pot culture with water controlled in greenhouse. The results showed as following: with the extension of drought stress and soil moisture decrease, (1) the weight of green leaves of pinto peanut reduced, while both the ratio of root to shoot weight and ratio of stem to leaf weight showed the trend from increase to decrease, and the leaves turned wilted, distorted and curled with the distinct decreasing flowering; (2)the content of plant dissociative proline and soluble sugar increase in various amounts, showing a distinct trend of accumulation with the extension of drought stress.
