改革开放以来,我国政治体制改革取得了举世瞩目的成就。十七大为我国政治体制改革重新布局,预示着我国政治体制改革进入了新时期。新时期我国政治体制改革依然面临着诸多困境,我们必须迎接挑战,抓住机遇,以扩大党内民主、优先发展基层民主、建设服务型政府、加强对权力的制约和监督和全面落实依法治国方略为突破口,寻求破解政改困境的途径和方法,促进社会主义民主政治建设在新阶段迈上更高台阶。

Since the reform and opening--up, China political system reform has achieved outstanding achievements. The Seventeenth National Congress has re--planned the reform of China political system, which demonstrates that China political system reform comes into a new era. In the new era, China political system reform is still confronted with many predicaments, so we should meet the challenges and seize the opportunity, to enlarge democracy in Party, give priority to grassroots democracy, establish service--oriented governments, strengthen the limitation and supervision over power and run the country by rule of law so as to settle the predicaments in political system reform and promote socialist democratic and political construction.
