职业教育中存在的不公平问题及对策

Inequality in Vocational Education and the Countermeasures

随着国家大力发展职业教育政策的出台,各地的中专院校纷纷转为高职学院,高职教育得到了长足发展,现已占有高等教育的半壁江山,但同时也彰显出一系列值得重视的问题。尤其是在招生和就业中的不平等现象,教育过程的不重视行为等,导致职业教育尽管表面上如火如荼地进行着,实际上却一直存在着极大的不公平。针对上述问题进行分析,提出对策。

With the issuing of National policies to develop vocational education, many technical secondary schools changed into vocational colleges, so that higher vocational education have gained fast development, which has counted half of higher education. However, there also emerged many problems, such as inequality in enrolment and employment, o- verlooking in education process, so that, vocational education had a external development, but had a serious inequality in reality, which need to be paid much attention. In the paper, the author has proposed some countermeasures against the above problems.
