摘要
利用大冶地区某矿排放的含铁尾矿为骨料,炉渣和水处理沉渣做添加剂,以水泥做固化剂,采用固化技术对其综合利用——生产免烧建筑墙体材料进行了探索。测定结果表明:试件的抗压强度、容重相关参数值均满足墙体材料的要求,用于生产免烧建筑墙体材料是可行的,达到变废为宝、保护环境的目的。
In this paper, the production of non - fired building wall materials made of iron - containing tailings in Daye area, slag, and waste water treatment sediment with solidification technology has been studied. The experimental results show that the compressive strength and the vo|ume weight etc meet the demands of wall materials. It is possible to produce non - fired building wall materials with the iron - containing tailings. So it will achieve the purpose of comprehensive utilization waste and protection environment.
