感应电动机转子偏心故障的微机检测系统

摘要 研究感应电动机的转子偏心故障的在线检测方法,分析了转子偏心后的气隙磁场,得出定子电流中的齿谐波分量可作为转子静态偏心的特征分量。设计了以单片机为核心的检测系统,给出了系统的硬件和软件框图。针对齿谐波分量检测中值得注意的问题设计了专门的电路,说明了数据的处理方法。针对不同程度的偏心进行了在线测量,证明本方案的可行性。 This paper investigates the online detection method of eccentric rotor fault in induction motors. By theoretical analysis of air gap magnetic field with eccentric rotor, slot harmonics in stator current can be extracted as the feature of static eccentricity. A detection system based on single -chip microcomputer is developed and the hardware and software diagrams are given. The special electric circuits are designed to deal with the key problems in terms of the slot harmonics, and the data process method is stated. Online detection with different degrees of air gap eccentricity was carried out and the experimental results show the feasibility of the system.
