我国农地产权制度结构及其缺陷的政治学分析

A Political Analysis of the Structures and Defects of Land Property Right Institution in China

农地产权的制度安排自始至终就不可能脱离行政权力要素的介入,甚至可以说政治性的权力要素在其中起着主导因素。出现国家管理权和集体所有权向农户使用权的扩张,产权制度就会变得不稳定,绩效大大减弱。所以,从政治学的视野来分析当前我国农地产权问题,能更接近现实的制度安排。

Political authority has always been the key point in land property right. Therefore, this article suggests that an analysis of the structures and defects of land property right in China from the political point of view will be realistic.
