大学德育应用自调节机制论析 被引量:1

On the Operation of Self-adjusting Mechanism in Moral Education in Univeristy

摘要 生命的奇迹就在于它具有自调节机制。自调节机制是维持生态系统平衡,呈现稳态特性的重要内在机制。具有调节行为的自我性、调节过程的自动性、调节目的的自强性、调节结果的未知性等特点。在大学德育工作中应用自调节机制,有助于避免"五重五轻"现象,促进大学生自我道德教育和师生关系的和谐发展,因而是完全必要的。同时,内外因辩证关系原理、人的自我意识能力、因材施教原则等分别为其提供了哲学、心理学和教育学依据,因而又是可行的。对此,本文主张在大学德育中树立道德生态理念,建设道德生态环境,重视道德设施建设,倡导道德自律慎独;开展道德主题实践,注重道德体验感悟,实施道德感化教育,激励仁爱向善本性,建立道德参照体系,发挥教师、同伴榜样的影响作用。 Life is a miracle,as all living beings contain self-adjusting mechanism within.This self-adjusting mechanism,characterized by self-governance,self-motivation,self-improvement and result-uncertainty,plays an important role in maintainng ecological balance.As to moral education in university,self-adjusting mechanism is absoltely neccesary,for it is helpful in avoiding the imbalance caused by 'Five Keypoints' and 'Five Blindpoints',promoting students' self education in morals,and establishing harmonious relationship between teachers and students.On the other hand,self-adjusting mechanism is also feasible,as its philosophical,psychological and pedagogical foundations lie in the dialectical relations between internal and external causes,human beings' self-consciousness,and the principle of individualized teaching.In moral education,we should pay more attention to the eco-system,personal experiences and feelings,bottom-line ethic,self-discipline,rules-making and observance,so as to provide necessary conditions for the operation of self-adjusting mechanism.
