摘要
目的探讨Caspase-10(367G>A)单核苷酸多态性在中国汉族人群中的分布特点及其与大肠癌发病的相关性。方法采用高通量TaqMan探针基因分型方法,检测351例大肠癌患者和141例健康体检者Caspase-10(367G>A)基因型频率及等位基因频率的分布。结果在中国汉族人群中Caspase-10(367G>A)等位基因位点均为野生型G,未见突变型A,其基因型频率和等位基因频率在大肠癌组和对照组中的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在中国汉族人群中Caspase-10(367G>A)多态性可能与大肠癌的遗传易感性无关,还不能作为预测中国汉族人群发生大肠癌危险性的遗传学标志。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the distribution of Caspase-10 (367G 〉 A) polymorphism in Chinese Han people and incidence of coloreetal cancer. Methods Distribution of gene frequencies and allele frequency of Caspase-10 (367G 〉 A)were detected in 351 patients with coloreetal cancer and 141 cases healthy controls by using the method of high-throughput TaqMan probe genotyped. Results The allele loci of Caspase-10 (367G 〉 A) were wild type G,and didn't see mutant type A in Chinese Han people, there was no significant difference in the distributions of gene frequencies and allele frequency between eoloreetal cancer patients and healthy controls ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion There was no relationship between polymorphism of Caspase-10 ( 367G 〉 A ) in Chinese Han people and genetic predisposition of colorectal cancer, and polymorphism of Caspase-10 (367G 〉 A) may not be used as a genetic marker for predicting the incidence of eolorectal cancer in Chinese Han people.
