二氧化硫对小鼠肺组织超氧化物歧化酶活性及丙二醛含量的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨二氧化硫(SO2)对小鼠肺组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。方法将60只小鼠随机分成对照组和5个染毒剂量组。对照组吸入清洁空气,染毒剂量组吸入SO2浓度分别为20 mg.m-3、40 mg.m-3、60 mg.m-3、80 mg.m-3与100 mg.m-3,连续染毒60 d,每天2 h,染毒结束后处死所有小鼠,测定其肺组织SOD活性及MDA含量。结果20 mg.m-3剂量组肺组织SOD活性较对照组明显升高(P<0.01),其余剂量组均低于对照组(P<0.01);20 mg.m-3剂量组小鼠肺组织MDA含量较对照组明显降低(P<0.01),其余剂量组MDA含量均明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论吸入一定浓度(>40 mg.m-3)SO2可导致小鼠肺组织抗氧化能力降低,氧化代谢产物增多,引起肺组织氧化损伤。 Objective To explore the effect of sulfur dioxide ( SO2 ) on the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and the concentration of malondialdehyde (MDA) in the lung tissue of the mice. Methods Sixty mice were randomly divided into control group and five groups with different dose of SO2. Clean air was inhalaed in the control group, while SO2 inhalation groups were given with sulfur dioxide of 20,40,60,80 and 100mg·m^-3 respectively for 60 days ,2 hours per day. Then the mice were killed and the activity of SOD and the concentration of MDA in the lung tissue were measured. Results The activity of SOD in 20mg·m^-3 SO2 group was higher than that of control group ( P 〈 0.01 ), but it was lower in other dose groups ( P 〈 0.01 ). In 20 mg·m^-3 SO2 group,the concentration of MDA was lower than control group( P 〈 0.01 ), which was higher in other dose groups( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Inhalation certain concentration( 〉 40mg·m^-3) of SO2 can lead to oxidative damage of lung tissue in mice, because of decreasing of antioxidant capacity and increasing of oxidative metabolic products.
