螃蟹脚黄酮类化合物提取工艺优化研究

Study on Optimum Extraction Processes of Flavonoids from Viscum articulatum Burm

目的用乙醇提取螃蟹脚中总黄酮的最佳工艺。方法比较超声提取和回流提取实验,用比色法测定有效成分;采用回流提取正交实验,并对实验数据经不同的计算和分析比较优选螃蟹脚的提取工艺条件。结果总黄酮提取率是超声提取低于回流提取;实验数据经不同的数据处理方式得到不同的优化工艺条件。通过验证实验可得到重复的实验结果。结论实验结果用多元线性回归计算,可弥补正交极差、方差计算的不足,更有利于结果解释和工艺条件的优化。

Objective To optimize the extraction process of total flavonoids with alcohol from Viscum articulatum Burro. Methods Compared with the ultrasonic extraction and the refluent extraction experiment, colorimetric analysis was used to measure the content of active ingredients. Besides, orthogonal design of the refluent extraction was applied to optimize the technologies of Viscum articulatum Burm in comparison with two ways to deal with the experimental results. Results The extraction rate of the total flavonoids of the ultrasonic was lower than that of the refluent extraction. Besides, the different optimum extraction processes could be obtained by different ways to deal with the experiment results but the same experiment results were found. Conclusion The multivariate regression analysis can make up shortage of sense. The equation of regression is more helpful for explanation of result and optimum of preparation technology.
