绿茶提取物及表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯对免疫细胞的作用研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的研究绿茶提取物和表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯(EGCG)对脾脏细胞增殖和巨噬细胞NO分泌的影响。方法采用MTT法检测脾脏细胞增殖变化,用G riess试剂法检测NO产量的变化。结果绿茶提取物和EGCG都能够促进脾脏细胞增殖,并能够协同conA刺激脾脏细胞的增殖;还能够抑制LPS激活的巨噬细胞RAW 264.7的NO产量。结论绿茶提取物和EGCG具有免疫调节和减轻炎症反应的有益作用。 Objective To study the effect of green tea extract and Epigallocateehin gallate (EGCG) on spleen cell proliferation and macrophage NO production. Methods MTT assay was used to detect spleen cell proliferation change and Griess reagent method was used to detect macrophage NO secretion. Results Green tea extract and EGCG could promote spleen cell proliferation and be able to cooperate with conA to stimulate spleen cell proliferation. They could also inhibit LPS - activated maerophages RAW264.7 NO production. Conclusion Green tea extract and EGCG have immunoregulative effect and can alleviate inflammatory reaction.
