摘要
目的优选连翘中齐墩果酸的提取工艺。方法以齐墩果酸含量为指标,采用L9(34)正交设计实验,考察了提取时间、乙醇浓度、料液比对提取率的影响,优选出合理的提取工艺。用高效液相测定齐墩果酸的含量。结果优选出齐墩果酸的最佳提取工艺条件是:超声提取3次,40 m in/次,90%乙醇溶液,料液比1∶12。结论采用此工艺提取方法快速、简单,可以为进一步研究连翘提供参考。
Objective To optimize the extraction condition of oleanolic acid from Fructus Forsythiae. Methods With oleanolie acid as index, extraction time, concentration of alcohol and amount of alcohol and were evaluated by L9 ( 3^4 ) orthogonal design method. HPLC was used to analyze the content of oleanolic acid. Results The optimum extraction condition was described as follow : ultrasonic extraction 3 times ( once 40 min) , 90% ethanol solution, and 12 - fold solvent. Conclusion The optimized technology is quick and simple, and can be used for theoretical basic.
