摘要
目的研究泽泻提取物不同部分的自由基清除活性。方法采用有机溶剂萃取法和大孔树脂洗脱法将泽泻总提取物分为石油醚部分、醋酸乙酯部分、正丁醇部分、乙醇部分、乙醇洗脱部分和水提部分。分别考察对羟自由基(.OH)、超氧阴离子自由基(O2-.)、DPPH自由基(DPPH.)和H2O2的清除效果。结果泽泻正丁醇部分在清除O2-.和H2O2能力较强,醋酸乙酯部分清除DPPH.较强,而泽泻水提部分清除.OH自由基能力较强,而且效果好于维生素C。结论泽泻正丁醇部分、醋酸乙酯部分和水提部分清除自由基能力强。
Objective To investigate free radical scavenging activity in vitro of different polarity fractions of extracts from Alisma orientalis. Methods Six different fractions were obtained from the extract of A. orientalis by using different polarities of solvents, such as petroleum ether, ethyl acetate, n - butanol, ethanol, water, and macroporous resin. According to scavenging activities for hydroxyl radical ( ·OH) , superoxidized radical ( O2^- · ) , 1,1 - diphenyl - 2 - picrylhydrazyl ( DPPH · ) radical and H2O2, free radical scavenging activities of different polarity fractions were compared. Results n - butanol fraction of A. Orientalis had better scavenging ability than others for O2^-· and H2O2 , ethyl acetate fraction of A. Orientalis had better scavenging ability than others for DPPH · , water fraction of A. Orientalis had better scavenging ability than others for · OH, including Vitamin C. Conclusion The fractions of ethylacetate, n - butanol and water have strong free radical scavenging activities.
