腰椎小关节综合征的CT诊断价值

摘要 目的:评价CT对腰椎小关节综合征的诊断价值。方法:回顾分析100例椎小关节综合征的CT表现。结果:CT表现:小关节突增生肥大、骨赘形成;小关节间隙狭窄、关节面硬化、囊变及关节面边缘缺损;小关节真空征;小关节半脱位;关节囊钙化;两侧小关节不对称等。结论:CT可充分显示椎小关节解剖结果及病理改变,为椎小关节病的诊断提供可靠的影像学根据。 Objective: To evaluate CT diagnostic value in the facet syndrome of lumbar spine. Methods: CT findings in 100 caxes with facet syndrome were retrospectively analysed. Results: The main abnormalties demonstrated by CT included: Hypertrophy of articular process, osteophyte formation,joint narrowing, sclerosis of articular aspect, cystic region and defect on boder of the articular aspect, vacuum phenomenon and subluxations of the joints, calcification of joint capsule and asymmetry of the joints. Conclusion: CT can demonstrate anatomic structure and pathologic change of the articular joints cocarly, and provide reltable images for diagnoses of facet syndrome.
