摘要
目的:研究头孢呋辛(CXM)、头孢噻肟(CTX)、头孢哌酮(CPZ)、头孢地嗪(CDZM)的抗生素后效应及药物浓度、接触时间、菌种等因素的影响.方法:采用AVANTAGE全能自动微生物分析仪,用光密度法测定4种抗生素不同浓度对2种共12株临床常见致病菌不同反应时间的体外抗生素后效应(PAE).结果:4种头孢菌素类药物对革兰阳性球菌有较明显的PAE.对革兰阴性杆菌PAE较小甚至没有或为负值;药物浓度、细菌种属与药物接触时间对PAE均有较显著影响.结论:在设计头孢菌素类给药方案时,除根据抗生素的MIC及药物动力学参数外,还应考虑PAE及其影响因素.
AIM: To study the postantibiotic effect (PAE)of cefuroxime (CXM), cefo-taxime(CTX),cefoperazone (CPZ),and cefodizime(CDZM)and influence of the drug concentrations,exposure time, bacterial species to PAE were studied. METHODS:PAE of different concentrations of four cephalosporins against 12 strains of pathogens for different time of reactions were determined by using spectrophotometric method. RESULTS: PAFs of four cephalosporins against G+ cocci were long,but they were short or no against G- bacilli. The influence of drug concentration, bacterial species and exposure time to PAE was obvious. CONCLUSLON: PAE and its influence factors should be considered when the dosing schedules of cephalosporins are designed.
