On the Work Pattern of Students Team Leader in Police Colleges and Institutions

公安教育改革的发展,学员规模的扩大,对公安院校学员队长的素质和工作能力提出了挑战。笔者结合我国公安院校学员管理工作的现状,对学员队长应具备的基本素质要求、工作模式和职责做了有益的探讨,以期建立公安院校学员管理工作模式的科学架构。

The development of police education reform and the enlargement of students have thrown down the gauntlet to students leader＇s quality and ability of work in police colleges and institutes. Combining with the actuality of students＇management in police colleges and institutes, the author makes a beneficial discussion to the students team leader＇s basic qualities, work pattern and responsibilities, with a view to establish a scientific framework of the students＇ management in police colleges and institutions.
