摘要
对采用人字形弹簧的一系悬挂进行结构分析,找出一系悬挂中影响构架高度的几个关键尺寸。通过严格控制关键尺寸的公差,限制在制造中构架高度可能的上升和下降范围,以保证构架能够落到预定高度范围。
This paper analyzes the structure of the primary suspension with chevron rubber spring to find out the critical dimensions which may influence the height of bogie frame. By limiting the tolerance of those critical dimensions, the height of the bogie frame will be vary in a certain range, then the preset height of the bogie frame after car body lands on it can be achieved.
