学生对高校图书馆服务满意度调查研究——以遵义师范学院为例

学生的满意程度对高校的发展起着关键性的作用,也是如今各高校研究的一个重要项目。图书馆在高校教育服务中占据了重要的地位。本文就学生对图书馆的满意度做了调查研究,通过得到的数据对图书馆的改革发展提出了一定的建议。

Students＇ satisfaction with a college plays an important role in the development of the college, also a subject of studyingcoUegas. A library occupies a radical position in education service at college. This paper made an investigation of students＇ satisfaction with the library. Based the data obtained, it also put forward some suggestions for the reform and development of the library.
