后腹腔镜手术与经腰肋部开放手术后疼痛的比较

Comparation the degree of ache after operation between retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery and opening surgery through waist and costal region

目的探讨后腹腔镜手术与经腰肋部开放手术后疼痛的具体程度。方法采用疼痛分级调查表进行前瞻性调查,后腹腔镜组手术患者72例,经腰肋部开放手术患者80例。分别记录患者术后回病房时、术后3～4小时、术后1天、术后3天的疼痛情况并进行比较。结果两组患者在术后回病房时、术后3～4小时这两个时段疼痛无明显差异;在术后1天、术后3天这两个时段有显著差异。结论后腹腔镜手术后第2天始较开放手术疼痛有明显缓解;在手术当天可能因为手术创伤、麻醉等原因仍有相当程度的疼痛。

Objective To evaluate the degree of ache after operation between retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery and opening surgery through waist and costal region. Methods 72 patients with retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery and 80 patients with opening surgery through waist and costal region were investigated by ache grade questionary.The degree of ache was recorded at the time of back sickroom ,3-4 hours after operation ,one day after operation and three days after operation and was compared. Results There was no difference at the time of back sickroom and 3-4 hours after operation in both groups.There was distinct difference at the time of one day after operation and three day after operation between the two groups. Conclusion The ache after retroperitoneal laparoseopic surgery has relaxed distinctly than opening surgery after the second day.There is quite pain at the day of operation for some reasons such as the wound of opration ,anaesthesia and so on.
