摘要本文从2008年美国新闻与世界报道(NEWS & WORLD REPORT)全美大学排行榜所列美国前40名大学中的15所大学作为分析对象,具体分析美国一流大学优化学术人力资源的制度因素。文章分析了15所大学学术人力资源与大学教学、科研、社会服务功能之间的关系,并重点分析了大学学术人力资源持续优化的制度因素。这些制度包括薪酬制度、学术人员管理制度、学术假制度、学术荣誉制度、环境因素等。
