Consideration of legalized System of Student Management in Vocational Technical Colleges

高职院校在对学生行使管理权时,经常出现与学生发生冲突并引发诉讼案件的现象。因此,高职院校学生管理必须注重坚持法治原则、弘扬法治精神,并积极推进学生管理的法治化进程。

Legalization is the time choice for college student management. The paper points out that in order to promote the legalization of student management, principle of rule of law must be defined clearly, and spirit of socialist rule of law must be carried forward. It makes some consideration of legalized system of student management in vocational technical colleges.
