摘要
阐述了配电营销集成化GIS系统的设计目标、原则、体系架构、数据库设计和功能设计等方面问题,探讨了地图数据转换、数据关联、空间分析统计、COM等关键技术问题。实际应用证明,该系统实现了配电营销管理的可视化,突破了传统作业管理的局限性,提高了效率,具有较强的应用价值。
The target, princip!e, structure and database of the Integrated Geography Information System (IGIS) are introduced to study the techniques such as map data conversion, data association, space statistical-analysis, and Component Object Mode (COM). Practical examples show that the system can visualize the distribution and marketing management, and overcomes the limitations of traditional operations. The system may has a promised future application.
