Choice on Township Government's Reform under the Background for New Rural Area's Construction

新农村建设的的提出赋予了乡镇政府新的职能和要求,也促使乡镇政府进行相应的改革以适应新农村建设的需要。无论是"取消论"还是"虚化论"在目前都不适合乡镇改革的发展方向,而"保留论"有其存在的理论和现实基础。乡镇政府改革要在乡镇合并规模适度的基础上进行体制创新,以推动新农村建设的顺利进行。

It＇s inadvisable to adopt the canceling or nominal concept, but the reservation concept has its theoretic and realistic basis, the township government must take system innovation＇s reform to promote the new rural area＇s construction.
