摘要
当前,构建和谐社会已经成为我国全面建设小康社会的重要目标。在和谐社会背景下如何实现企业与社会良性互动,成为人们普遍关注的问题之一。良好的企业文化是建设和谐企业、构建和谐社会的基础,也是企业可持续发展的有力保证。企业应从确定价值观念、宣传和谐文化理念、建立相应的制度和机构、加强职工文化队伍建设等方面来进行文化建设。
At present, the building of a harmonious society has become an important goal for a comprehensive and well-off society in china. In the context of a harmonious society, the problem on how to achieve positive interaction between enterprise and society has become one of the issues of common concern. Good corporate culture is the basis of a harmonious enterprise and harmonious society; it is also a powerful guarantee of enterprises' sustainable development. In order to strengthen culture construction Enterprises should determine the values, promote the idea of a harmonious culture, establish appropriate systems and institutions and strengthen cultural construction of workers.
