摘要
商业银行在我国国民经济中起着举足轻重的作用。随着信息技术和网络技术的快速发展,各商业银行已把网上个人金融业务作为今后重要的发展战略。只有进行充分的市场调查和市场细分,加大金融产品和服务的创新,走个性化的商业发展模式,并利用多种渠道和促销策略,与第三方建立安全认证机构,才能促进商业银行网上个人金融业务快速健康发展,防范金融风险。
This article has analyzed some problems of our commercial bank in the marketing strategy of online-banking individual financial service, put forwards some advice on marketing strategy. Only by marketing research and market segmentation, innovating in financial product and service, through individuation development pattern, using multi-places and market strategy, establishing security certificate organization with the third party, can make our online-banking individual financial service fleetly and healthy development.
