骑楼历史街区保护性旅游开发新思路——以广东江门长堤骑楼为例

The New Thinking about the Arcade Historical District Protective Traveling Exploitation： A Case Study on the Changdi Arcade of Jiangmen, Guangdong

以骑楼为特色所形成的历史街区，现已成为现代城市社会功能中不可忽视的商业地带，因而引起众多的专家与学者对历史街区的关注。本文以江门长堤骑楼历史街区为例，通过调研长堤骑楼历史街区的历史沿革，分析街区现状以及骑楼建筑的功能在现代城市发展所面临的巨大挑战，提出了旅游开发的新思路。笔者认为：保护性不仅仅是“修旧如旧”的修建，更重要的是为顺应现代城市的发展需求，提出将原骑楼建筑功能加以转换，即“以旧换新”的保护性旅游开发新思路。

Formed from arcade as a characteristic of historic district have become commercial regions that can not be ignored with society function of modern cities , so it attracts interests of lots of experts and scholars. This passage sets an example of arcade historic district of Jiangmen Changdi, analysizes district situations and the large challenges appeared in the development of modern cities with investigating on Changdi arcade historic district, advances new thoughts of tourism development. In the author＇s minds： protection is not only constructing, the more important is to in tune with the requirement of modern cities development. In the meanwhile, the passage presents new protection tourism development thoughts, that is the function of old building converted to new features.
