高层集合住宅单元间交往空间设计初探

The Communication Space between the Units of High-rise Aggregative Residence

本文针对当前住区中邻里关系淡漠的现象，对居民的心理需求进行了探讨，提出改变这一现象的解决方式，并初步设计出恰当的住宅平面模式，同时对这一模式的可行性与优劣等进行分析，希望能给同样想改变这一现象的设计师与开发商提供一定的参考价值。

Pointed at the coldness between neighbors in modem residential area,this paper discusses psychological needs of residents,puts forward resolving modes to change the phenomenon,and preliminary designs for suitable housing plane pattern. Meanwhile,analyzes the feasibility ,the advantages and disadvantages towards the plane pattern.Hope to provide some valuable reference to architect and developer who wants to change the phenolnenon.
