青岛西编组站经过实践，探索出铁路编组站适应市场发展的经验。从几个方面作了论述：转变观念，更新思路；依靠科技进步；建立机制促营销；减员提效抓管理；投入产出讲效益。
After practicing,the Qingdao West Railway Station has gained the experience for marshaling yards to be suitable for the market development.The author discussed his view in the following respects:transforming the idea,renewing the thinking,relying on the progress of science and technology,establishing the marketing mechanism,stressing management to reduce the employees & improve the benefit,emphasizing the benefit by studying the input and output.
