摘要
[目的]对机关事业单位工作人员工作倦怠和生活质量进行,以提高机关事业单位工作人员管理水平,提升工作效率和绩效,为其改善身心健康提出合理建议。[方法]采用整群随机抽样方法,抽取济宁市部分机关事业单位工作人员300人为研究对象,采用MBI-GS工作倦怠量表和SF-36健康调查量表,进行问卷调查,采用SPSS 15.0专业统计软件包进行处理和分析。[结果]机关事业工作人员的工作倦怠总体水平均处于一般偏低水平。工龄、职务等自变量在机关事业工作人员工作倦怠上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),工作倦怠的三个维度对生理健康综合评分、心理健康综合评分和生活质量均有预测作用(P<0.05),Beta分别为-0.379、-0.431和-0.457,R分别为0.438、0.552和0.557。[结论]要加强健康教育,改善组织与管理方式,寻找高危人群和特异性影响因素,制定有针对性的预防和控制措施,克服机关事业单位工作人员的工作倦怠,减少对其生活质量的影响。
[Objective]In order to raise the level of management and job efficiency of administrative organs and institutions, improve the physical and mental health of staff by investigating and analyzing the job burnout among staff of administrative organs and institutions and their quality of life. [Methods]With random sampling method,300 members were extracted randomly from administrative organs and institutions of Ji'ning city, and investigated by MBI-GS and SF-36, and then calculated by SPSS 15.0. [Results]The overall level of job burnout among staff of administrative organs and institutions is low, there is significant difference in variable such as length of service and position ( P〈0. 05). The three-dimensional of job burnout can forecast the integrated score of physical health,mental health and quality of life. Beta:-0. 379, -0. 431 ,-0. 457 ; R.. 0. 438,0. 552,0. 557. [Conclusion]Health education should be strengthened, the way of organization and management must be improved to find high-risk groups and specific influence factors,develop targeted prevention and control measures, to help staff of organizations and institutions to overcome job burnout and reduce the influence on their quality of life.
