分析了我国铁路专用线在管理上存在的问题，介绍广州西站通过两年的实践，逐步形成的专用线管理新模式，并且总结实施后所取得的经济效益和社会效益。

In the paper,the questions on management of special railway in our country were analyzed.It was introduced that a new model of managing the special railway had been formed in the Guangzhou West Railway Station after two years of practice.Significant economic and social benefit have been gained after the use of the new model.
