2004～2007年太原市结核病控制项目病人发现情况分析

Analysis of Case Finding in Tuberculosis(TB) Control Project in Taiyuan City from 2004 to 2007

[目的]总结结核病控制项目工作中病人发现的效果与经验，探讨存在的问题，以便改进今后工作。[方法]对2004-2007年太原市结核病病人发现有关资料进行分析。[结果]2004-2007年全市合计发现肺结核病人8264例，其中涂阳病人4411例，肺结核病人新登记率为60．32／10万，涂阳肺结核病人登记率为32．20／10万。2004-2008年合计接诊可疑症状者16642例，其中主动就诊者占57．45％，转诊占32．11％，集中推荐占7．10％，日常推荐占2．55％，其他占0．74％。合计查痰12657例，查痰率为76．05％，阳性4411例，阳性率为34．85％。[结论]项目实施的4年中，结核病病人发现率逐年提高。

[Objective]To sum up the effect and experience on case finding in the implementation of TB control project,explore the existed problems,improve the work. [Methods]Data related to TB case finding from 2004 to 2007 in Taiyuan were analyzed. [Results]8 264 TB cases were reported from 2004 to 2007 in the city, of them 4 411 cases were sputum smear positive. The new registration rate of TB patients was 60. 32/100 000. The registration rate of sputum smear positive TB patients was 32.20/100 000.16 642 suspected cases were diagnosed from 2004 to 2008. Active hospital visit accounted for 57.45 %,referral patients accounted for 32.11 % ,centralized lecommendation accounted for 7.10 %,daily recommendation accounted for 2.55 % and others accounted for 0.74%. sputum was tested for 12 657 cases, accounting for 76.05%. 4 411 of them were sputum smear positive, accounting for 34.85%. [Conclusion]The rate of TB case finding increased year after year during the implementation of TB control project from 2004 to 2007.
