Having Analyzed the current situation of passenger transport market of Huaihua Railway Co.,The author found out many disadvantageous factors which had had influence on the reducing of passenger transport market proportion occupied by Huaihua Railway Co..Then the author introduced the marketing mechanism which was operating now and the marketing tactics which will be adopted soon.
