自制网脱复位垫应用于复杂性视网膜脱离术后被动体位120例效果观察及护理

Observation on the effectiveness of homemade reduction-pad applied to 120 patients with passive body position after the operation of complicated retinal detachment and nursing care

目的:探讨自制网脱复位垫应用于复杂性视网膜脱离术后被动体位的效果及护理方法。方法:将120例复杂性视网膜脱离术后患者随机分为观察组与对照组各60例。观察组应用网脱复位垫行俯卧位护理,对照组行常规俯卧位护理。结果:与对照组相比,观察组患者俯卧位维持时间、首次入睡持续时间明显延长(P<0.01),住院天数明显缩短(P<0.05);俯卧位出现颈、腰部不适及胸闷憋气、皮肤压力伤、肢体麻木等不适均明显减轻(P<0.01)。结论:应用网脱复位垫行被动体位,可减轻患者痛苦,降低并发症发生率,保证手术效果,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To explore the effectiveness of homemade reduction - pad applied to the patients with passive body posture after the operation of complicated retinal detachment and nursing methods. Methods ： 120 patients received the operation of complicated retinal detachment were randomly divided into observation and control groups （60 cases for each group）. Home- made reduction - pad was applied to the patients and nursing care of prone position was used in observation group, and routine nursing care was taken in control group. Results： Compared with control group, the time to keep prone position and the duration to fall asleep for the first time after operation were significantly longer （P 〈 0. 01 ） , length of hospitalization was significantly shorter （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; the discomfort in the neck, waist and chest due to prone position, suffocated feeling, pressed skin injury and numbness in the limbs were evidently relieved in observation group （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion： Application of homemade reduction - pad can ease sufferings and reduce the incidence of complications of the patients in passive body position after the operation of complicated retinal detachment.
