摘要
Pro/E把所有的功能模块建立在统一的数据结构上,提供了所有工程项目之间的全关联,真正实现了CAD/CAE/CAM的有机集成。Pro/E所有设计的参数都存在数据库中,某一尺寸改变后,相应的三维模型、二维工程图、组建及模具等都随之而变,实现参数化驱动。通过不同规格的轴端挡板零件实体创建,介绍了利用Pro/E的关系式和参数,结合程序实现相似零件的快速建模的方法,提高了设计速度,减少了信息的存储量。
Pro/E puts all functional modules into universal data structure, provides full outer join among all the engineering projects, realizes the integration of CAD/CAE/CAM. All the design parameters of Pro/E are memorized in the database, any dimension is changed, the three-dimensional model, two-dimensional drawing and the moulds will all change correspondingly to realize parametric drive. In the process of parametric design based on Pro/E, the use of its relation and program function can help a lot for rapid engineering. According to this method, an example is given for similar shape parts design.
