人权外交的新版本-默克尔的价值观外交

A New Version Of Human Rights Diplomacy——Merkel's Shared Value Diplomacy

统一后的德国有意超越其中等国家的国际地位,希望在打造国际政治秩序方面发挥更多的影响力。为了在世界舞台上赢得尊重,并且扩大自己的外交活动空间,提升国家的影响力和声望,德国赋予人权外交重要的地位。近年来人们对德国红绿联盟的人权外交研究颇多,对默克尔价值观外交的评论也散见于各种报章媒体,但把默克尔的价值观外交放在人权外交的大框架内进行分析的研究还做得比较少。本文在学界既有研究成果的基础上,试对人权外交新版本———默克尔价值观外交做一些探讨,希望能够对人权外交的研究起到抛砖引玉的作用,以便我们在同西方国家交往中做到"知己知彼",取得主动。

In recent years,many researchers have done much work in human rights diplomacy of the Red-Green Alliance in Germany and different comments have been made on Merkel's shared value diplomacy in some newspapers and other mediums,but few people have made analytical researches by putting Merkel's viewpoints into the wider frame work of human rights diplomacy.Based on the previous researches this article is meant to make a study of the new version of human rights diplomacy,Merkel's shared value diplomacy.The author wishes to throw out a minnow to catch a whale in researches on human rights diplomacy so as to estimate correctly our own strength as well as that of our opponents and win initiatives in communicating with wstern countries.
