摘要
镇海发电厂5号机组于2008年5月4日停机进行第6次大修。发电机转子抽出后发现转子汽侧端部一绝缘垫块松动,经拉大护环进行处理,检查发现端部绕组的部分绝缘隔块已发黑。对5号发电机转子端部过热的原因进行了分析,端部的部分扇形绝缘板的变色炭化系转子绕组端部冷却不均,并根据原因分析提出了处理措施,提出了需要提高和改进的方面。
There was the sixth complete overhaul on unit 5 in zhenhai power plant on May 4, 2008. The loose insulating block at the turbine end of the rotor was found after the rotor was drawn out.The blackening insulating block was obtained on the base of unhinging the retaining ring. The problems of end heating were discussed in this paper, which was resulted from non-uniform cooling, and corresponding solutions were given. Meanwhile, the improvements were also presented.
