摘要 为了全面实现500kV变电站的综合自动化,满足网省调度对500kV枢纽变电站实时信息的较高要求,北京超高压公司对所辖房山、昌平等投运年代较早的500kV变电站进行监控改造。限于建站时的技术手段,站内变电设备的监视与控制只能在控制屏上实现,实施改造难度较大。在监控改造过程中大量采用信息和通信技术,全面实现站内运行设备的计算机监视与控制,并对监控改造中存在的问题进行了深入的探析。 In order to come true the automation in 500 kV Substations and satisfy much higher requirement with real time information for 500 kV Substations in load center, Beijing Extra High Voltage Power Transmission Company carried out the reformation for supervisory control system in the old substations (Fangshan and Changping). The reformation is very hard for supervisory control system in the old substations because of the limitation of technology at that time, the implementation of supervisory control system can be only on the control panel. Information and communication technology were used widely during the reformation, and the problems for supervisory control system reformation were analyzed and solved.
