摘要
以湛江发电厂机组运行中因炉膛压力测量系统出现故障而导致机组跳闸的事故为例,结合同类机组锅炉炉膛压力测量系统普遍存在的问题,利用热力学基本理论及热控原理,分析了该类事故发生的现象、原因及危害。主要针对如何防止炉膛压力测量取样管路出现堵塞,实施了具体的改进方法和防范措施,包括对炉膛压力测点布置方法和取样管路安装工艺的合理改进,取得了显著成效。这些改进方法和措施对大型炉膛压力测量系统设计思路及安装工艺有较大的参考价值。
The faults of furnace pressure measurement system usually caused indigenous 300 MW units trip. Taking Zhanjiang Power Plant unit for an example, based on the thermodynamics and thermal control theory, the cause and damage of trip fault in indigenous units were analyzed. Improvement and countermeasures were implemented for preventing furnace pressure measurement sampling pipeline blockage. The solutions of furnace pressure measuring point arrangement and sampling pipeline installation techniques were successful. The improvement solution provided great guidance for the design and installation of furnace pressure measurement system.
