摘要
变压器在运行中易发生多种故障,其中绝缘受潮是引发绝缘故障的主要原因之一。针对2起绝缘受潮事故案例,分析受潮故障的测试数据,利用电气试验检测法和油中溶解气体色谱分析法,分别从绝缘电阻、吸收比、极化指数、介质损耗、绕组泄漏电流、油中微水分析及绝对产气速率不同的角度反映和判断变压器绝缘状况。
Moistened insulation in operation is one of the main causes for leading to insulation faults. In this paper, two cases of moistened insulation fault were analyzed. Based on the testing data of the fault, through gas chromatography and electrical test method, the transformer insulation condition is reflected and judged respectively from insulation resistance, absorption rate, polarization index, dielectric loss, winding leakage current, water trace analysis in oil, absolute gas production rate and so on.
